1. Event information may change
Details published here — dates, times, running order, venue layout, participating artists, presenters, award categories and programme content — are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication and may change without notice. Always check the site or your ticketing confirmation close to the event for the current position.
2. Line-up changes
The line-up is announced in stages, and each announcement reflects arrangements confirmed at that moment. Artists and participants may withdraw for reasons outside our control, including illness, injury, travel disruption and scheduling conflicts.
A change to the line-up is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. A named artist or participant is not a condition of your ticket unless the ticket terms expressly say so. Our Refund Policy sets out when a refund is due.
3. Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site are indicative until ticket sales open. Where a price appears as "to be revealed" or similar, no price has been set. The binding price, fees, currency and availability are those shown by the appointed ticketing partner at the moment of purchase.
No ticket is sold on this website, and nothing here constitutes an offer to sell one.
4. No warranty on site content
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, accurate or current. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
5. External links
This site links to third-party websites, including those of partners and, in due course, a ticketing platform. Those sites are outside our control. A link is not an endorsement, and we accept no responsibility for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of any site we link to. Follow external links at your own risk.
6. Trademarks and partner marks
Names, logos and marks appearing on this site — including those of Sports Dong-A, STORYPEAK Global and WSM — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the event and its partners. Their appearance does not imply that any owner endorses any third party, nor does it grant you any licence to use them.
Site content, including text, imagery, video and design, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Admission and venue rules
Admission is subject to the venue's conditions of entry and to the terms of the appointed ticketing partner. That includes security screening, restrictions on items you may bring, any age restriction, and the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or unlawful. Refusal or removal on those grounds does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Recording and broadcast
The event may be photographed, filmed, recorded and broadcast. By attending, you may appear in those recordings, and you agree that they may be used for coverage and promotion without payment. Full details will be published in the ticket terms.
9. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering the event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, act of terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, transport failure, power failure, venue closure, or an act or order of a public authority. Where such an event affects the programme, our Refund Policy applies.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from a change to the event, including travel, accommodation, lost time or lost profit. Our total liability in relation to a ticket is limited to the face value of that ticket.
Consumer rights that apply regardless of contract terms are unaffected.
11. Governing law
This disclaimer, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
